Back when our founder, David Porter, was young, he was always artistic. His family and friends all knew how well he could draw. From sketches of his favorite people, places, or characters, to clever designs for friends and family, he always had that skill. They called it a gift. 

When Dave made it to high school, he was advised to follow the path of the pencil, and attended Bristol-Plymouth Vocational/Technical School’s highly regarded Commercial Design Program. His instructors saw Dave’s skill, asked him what he liked to do, and referred him to local art schools. 

After three years of studying, Dave graduated from The Butera School of Art in Boston’s Commercial Art Program. He then went on into the working world. 

Since then, Dave found himself being referred to countless friends of family, friends of friends, and their friends. Screaming Ink was then born, where he could take care of his own line of customers. 

Now we’re here for you. Multiple artists of all backgrounds, taking care of every kind of customer. We understand when a small business doesn’t need a huge amount of apparel, or only a hundred flyers, not a thousand. We take care in dealing with every facet, rock bands, non-profit organizations, and special events.
